As the New Year’s bell rang, the annual year-end summary and Spring Festival gala of TIMS Group officially kicked off. Different from previous years, in line with the national COVID-19 prevention policies, the company organized the event internally without inviting external guests. On January 23, 2021, the 2020 Annual Summary and Commendation Conference and Spring Festival Gala of TIMS Group began!

However, due to project commitments, many employees remained on the frontlines of production and could not attend the annual meeting. We sincerely thank you for your dedication and say: You’ve worked hard! TIMS  Group wishes everyone an early happy New Year: Happy Spring Festival and good luck in the Year of the Ox!

I. 2020 Annual Summary and 2021 Plan

Mr. Wu Haibo, Deputy General Manager of TIMS  Group, delivered the 2020 work summary and 2021 work plan.

Mr. Wu summarized TIMS Group’s 2020 performance, key orders, and R&D projects. Despite the hardships and challenges of 2020, the company’s comprehensive strength remained formidable, and we achieved fruitful results. He also provided clear guidance on current work and future plans, pointing out areas for improvement to be gradually addressed in 2021.

Building dreams in 2021, we remain true to our original mission and forge ahead. The journey is long—only through struggle can we prevail!

II. Award Ceremony

As the saying goes, “Flowers look similar year after year, but people change with each passing season.” Who would win the awards this year?

1. Outstanding Newcomer Award

She is a new member of TIMS , full of vitality and meticulous in her work. Her kindness and attentiveness have endeared her to all employees.

2. Outstanding Employee Award

No pain, no gain—their dedication stems from inner integrity. They prove their value through action and set an example for others.

3. Quality Pacemaker Award

Strength is tested in adversity, and a sword’s edge comes from sharpening. He upholds the belief of “high quality and efficiency” through action.

4. Patent Invention Award

Arming minds with knowledge and realizing dreams through technology—their spirit of exploration has opened new paths for the company in the industry. TIMS  has always used wisdom to defend its market position and technology to lead a new era.

5. Technological Innovation Award

Innovation leads to success and blooms in the future. It integrates knowledge and experience to enhance a company’s core competitiveness—TIMS ’s most powerful weapon, making us a leader in the industry. Under Mr. Zhu’s leadership, we have overcome challenges through innovation and courage.

6. 15-Year Contribution Award

Fifteen years of action demonstrate courage and responsibility; fifteen years of dedication embody corporate commitment. Their service has earned unparalleled praise and respect.

7. Outstanding Workgroup Award

Originally the “Outstanding Team Award,” no team met the criteria this year. After review, the award was adjusted to the “Outstanding Workgroup Award.”

Recipient: Machining Team of the Production Department (Yang Wujun, Li Hong)

8. Nomination Award

An additional award to recognize employees nominated but not selected, honoring their contributions.

Recipients: Ye Zhixiang (Technology Department, nominated for Technological Innovation Award); Yang Wujun and Zhang Yan (Production Department, nominated for Quality Pacemaker Award)

9. Outstanding Project Award

No projects were nominated for this award in 2020, leaving it vacant.

As a representative, Zhou Yazhou expressed gratitude and recognition for the company, vowing to carry this honor into his work and devote himself more fully.
